Goodbye to traditional belt construction. This design uses a belt-plate buckle system that replaces stitching and glue with mechanical connection—faster to build, easier to maintain, and more reliable over time.

The solid copper roller buckle mounts to a copper belt-plate and copper keeper, fastened with Chicago screws and/or copper rivets (included). No stitching. No failure points. The result is a lower profile with increased comfort and flexibility. Its hinge function allows the buckle to move with the body, making it the most comfortable belt you'll ever wear.

Designed specifically with big and tall sizes in mind, our belt comfortably fits waist sizes up to 72 inches. Its low-profile copper buckle reduces bulk, eliminating uncomfortable pressure points and the belt-line bulge common with traditional buckles. Crafted from renewable, sustainably sourced materials, our copper components are 100% recycled and infinitely recyclable, supporting a circular, eco-friendly production process.

The strap is SportFlex Waterproof—made in the USA, waterproof, flexible, and resistant to stretching, offering zero stretch to minimal stretch. Stable under stress or in wet, humid, or high-movement conditions. SportFlex can be cut and punched like leather for fit customization. The SportFlex belt color is Black Matte. Whether you're fishing a river, caught in a storm, at the gym, or climbing a peak—the SportFlex Waterproof strap delivers reliable performance in any demanding environment.

Belts are cut to fit based on pant label size. If you wear size 43 pants, order a size 43 belt.

Each buckle is crafted entirely in-house from sustainably sourced metals: pure copper that is 100% recycled and infinitely recyclable. Every belt-plate buckle is made to order in a one-piece-flow cell, where a single master operator oversees every step—assuring precision, consistency, and relentless improvement of both product and process while keeping our material footprint low and circular.

This buckle is designed to fit leather or leather-like straps from 5 oz to 15 oz in thickness. US-made Chicago screws make it easy to swap buckles as needed, while solid copper rivets offer a permanent, durable option for long-term use.
